1949 George Peabody College For Teachers
Some history below:
In 1875, the university began to function as a state
normal school; after 1889, it was known as Peabody
Normal College and in 1909 incorporated as the
George Peabody College for Teachers.
Peabody College moved to its present location in
1914 and became part of Vanderbilt University in
1979.
Very clean and very bright 1949 yearbook - annual.
This looks like it's never been used, no usual
writings from students etc. Clean bright interior.
The
covers, more of a dark red but looks like bright red
due to flash. This also shows very little wear
for the years. Heavily embossed. If you would
