48 Pages, 10.75" by 8". Bulldog 1970 to 1971 Gonvick Minnesota High School Yearbook Fun facts about Gonvick: Perhaps Gonvick's most famous native is Ed Widseth, an All-American tackle for the University of Minnesota and a three-time national champion from 1934 to 1936, who went on to play for the New York Giants and was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. -- The city was named for Martin O. Gonvick, a pioneer settler and native of Norway. Gonvick is a city in Clearwater County, Minnesota. The Clearbrook Hornets and the Gonvick Bulldogs combined schools in 1992 as the Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears. This yearbook belonged to a Betty Masoner, teacher, Band instructor, writer and collector. Wonderful photos of some fun memories showing - Personnel - Activities - Concerts - Sports and more. Betty's picture is in back of album. Very nice condition with clean unmarked pages. It does show a pasted paper on the front endpaper of names. (See photos). These old yearbooks are getting harder to find in good shape. Please see photos, enlarge and email with any questions you may have. Thanks for looking. |
