Publisher: ARC Products, Chattanooga TN, 1973 350 pages -- Approx. size: 11.25" by 9.75" by 1.25" Fairly scarce hardcover. Vol. 1 only --"Theory of Drill Movement." Illustrated throughout with marching diagrams, drawings and pictures. Casavant had experience of military drill, and American Legion drum corps. He began to synthesize a method of marching and maneuvering that drew on the best that each had to offer, an eclectic mix which incorporated dance, theater, and the arts as well, with a focus on crisp geometric forms. Very Good condition, bright red cloth with black title and illustration. Title page and next page show a mild bump to upper corner. No markings or writing, slight corner bumps with clean bright pages. Many photographs and illustrations, a very nice-looking book. Please see photos, enlarge and email with any questions.
