Very good condition for the age. Clean cover with strong color and attractive but does show some edge wear. Note the small open tear on right edge middle of cover. Spine has a small chip at bottom. Two pages dead center are loose from staple binding. See photos. Very clean interior. Huge magazine estate purchased all stored in a smoke‑free home.
