Due to the arrival of fierce winter weather, Benedikt, his dog Leo, and his wether [ram] Gnarly experience hardships resulting from delays caused by Benedikt's putting others' needs before his own. In 1939, the Icelandic author Gunnar Gunnarsson built a German farm in North East Iceland, next door to the farm on which he was born. Very good condition with only slightly bumped corners and spine ends. Dark red boards and gilt decoration. Interior immaculate, very clean and tight. No dust jacket.
