A scarce hard to find book and full of history, medical and otherwise!

Written by Dr. Otto Ringle, regarding his father's early Physician years in Walker, Cass County Minnesota.

Full of wonderful Native American illustrations and Sepia photographs. Naturally tanned paper.

..."the pages to follow represent a short, sketchy history of an area around Walker, Minnesota, as it pertains especially to the field of medicine. The territory consists of all of Cass County in central Minnesota,
part of Beltrami County to the north, part of Itasca County to the east, part of Crow Wing County to the south, and part of Hubbard County to the west. A total area of approximately five thousand square miles."

Brown leather type covers with gold illustration and lettering. This book has been stored improperly when we purchased an estate and looks as though it got damp or wet at some point.
Does not hurt the interior or show any odors. It is still a very nice book. The endpapers show some soiling and the back page as can be seen in 2nd to last photo is folded, can be straightened.
