It also includes chapters on frostings, syrups and sauces and refrigerator ice cream. It was authored by two professors from the Columbia University's Teachers College. Very good condition with scarce jacket. Book shows slightly bumped corners with light wear and corner bumping to blue cloth boards. Interior very clean with no writings.
