Considered very good. The book has been used and loved but well taken care of. It remains in clean condition. The upper spine shows some tearing. Outside of the previous owners name on inside endpaper, the text and pages show no writing.
All pages are intact, and a cover flap is inside cover loose to show it's red edition. Also included is a separate recipe for Brazilian Pork and the perfect wine.
