I had to do some research on this and found this to be a reprint of the Charlton Comic book Scary Tales No. 1. It appears to be the same content.

1975, featuring horror and suspense genre stories with characters like Count Gregor Von Bludd, Olga, and Lord Clive Medill. The cover art is by Joe Staton, and the comic is part of the Scary Tales series published by Charlton.

Very nice used condition. Shows some soft bumped corners with a super mild creasing around spine. Very nice for the age, unmarked and super clean.
