Very nice early children's story book by Carolyn Sherwin Bailey (1875 - 1961). Carolyn Sherwin Bailey was educated at home by her mother, herself a teacher and writer of children's books, and at Lansingburg Academy, near Albany, New York.

Wonderful illustrations throughout. Book shows county library paste down on front blank page. No writing or indication was ever used as library book though. Orange and burnt umber with black lettering.
Interior very clean and nice with only light spots of soil to title page are. Nice addition to any home library.
