Very good condition with the exception of front page showing gift inscription in 1919 (Clifford Pierce - xmas 1919 from Aunt Mary)  and some silly-billy used a hole punch in this wonderful books front endpaper.

Binding is very good. Covers nice with slightly bumped corners and spine ends. Interior nice without any writings other than front inscription.
Small name card used as place mark with the name Mrs. Geo. H. Peterson.
