Description

Publisher: Department of Lands and Forestry
February 1954
F. A. MacDougall Deputy Minister
19 pages -- approx. size: 10.25" by 7.25"

Reprinted from the Canadian Geographical Journal

Scarce booklet illustrated with photographs, illustrations. 'Anglers rise at dawn and hasten to favourite fishing spots for a day of fine sport'

Probably the first natural resources to be utilized by man in the land now known as Ontario were the fish and wildlife. Dearly white explorers found that the Indians inhabiting the shores of the lower Great Lakes grew corn bu that the inland tribes of the upper Lakes depended wholly on wild food.

Extremely nice condition, unmarked interior. Bright colorful covers. Great piece for the Forestry, Fish and Wildlife collector or Ephemera.

Please let me know if you have any questions prior to purchase. Thanks for stopping in!
