Publisher: Unknown Approx. size: 9.5" by 6" -- 15 pages. Considered Bemidji’s Million Dollar Municipal Airport Project. Fun advertising Souvenir for the Bemidji Mn. Airport dedication which took place in 1946. Full of great information for the town history buff. OR...great advertising for the Gas & Oil collectors. This shows the Airport Committee members at the time. A photograph of the then Mayor of Bemidji, Harry F. Pihl. (He was a member of the board of directors of directors of First Federal Savings and Loan Association) Small line drawn detailed map of the city with a few of the contributors. Center spread of the Dedication ceremony Exhibiting even a Boxing show. The back of the program has a long list of more contributors and business folks who were part of the event. Many are recognizable still today in the town. Very good condition for the age. Some water discoloration at bottom of program. Light and does not effect the visual advertising. Please see and enlarge photos and email with any questions prior to purchase. Thanks for looking. |
