Great 1968 second printing of the original 1934 version of "The Birds of Minnesota".  Two Hundred Ninety-Five North American Species.

The illustrations are absolutely gorgeous and were produced using seven color lithography. The printing plates have been lost, so this (later) 1968 version of this book was the last one printed.

Tan cloth cover with rust colored embossed flying ducks on the front and back.

The book itself is excellent condition, tight and intact.  The dust jacket is worn and has tears, please see photos!  The color printing is beautiful. Added inside this book by previous owner is a 40 numbered list of birds....perhaps his cataloging.
